I recently hired Astar to service my heat pump. The technician, arrived and reviewed my unit. However, upon inspection after their departure, I discovered several serious issues: The technician failed to properly secure the heat pump access panel. It ...was left open, posing a significant safety hazard. The access panel itself was not properly screwed back on, leaving it loose and potentially vulnerable to damage. This negligence is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and concern for customer safety.
